If you are going to claim that I did then you must be
specific or I cannot correct your error. Claiming that
I did make a mistake when there is no evidence this
is defamation.
What to try to test that claim in court?
Of course you need to find a lawyer willing to handle the case for you (or admit you have a fool for a client by doing it yourself), and then be ready for the counter suit for the costs.
Then you will need to be deposed in front of a judge that will use ACTUAL TRUTH as the measuring stick.
Remember, you HAVE claimed to be working on the Halting Problem, and thus to have accepted the rules of the system it is in.
Disregarding the definitions is EXACTLY the sort of "reckless disregard" that the law talks about, of which you have a very long list.
