Which is known. Olcott has specified that (at least when otherwise is
not speified) HHH always means the function HHH stored in GitHub.
That function reuturns 0 for HHH(DD).

When simulating halt decider H is reporting on the
behavior that its input specifies then H is correct
to reject D as non-halting.
