Injecting blocked cleanfeed articles into the newsfeed

Hi team,

I noticed I have 6gb of blocked articles in my emp.phn logfile so I
thought I would investigate.

It appears that groups that are moderated got a lot of messages blocked
since it seems the mod approves them in batches.

One thing I've not see is how to inject messages back into the newsfeed
either from a single file of articles or a number of separate files.

I'm sure I'm not the only one to have come across this and wonder how
other admins have solved the issue.
