yes, it just fills what's not in the cache.

Opening ibm.ibmpc.thinkpad in 2.6.4 I get:

I still have no clue where tin doesn't get the high-mark for that
group/limit right (which is lower than your limit so it could just
use the high-mark from the GROUP response) and why it issues
an "[X]OVER low-high" when both numbers are equal it should just
send "[X]OVER low" ...
