My subscription with individual.net is coming up for renewal

I will leave my guide to compiling slrn under Windows in place

slrn and Windows 10...

I am not sure if anyone ever actually used this guide but I had
a huge amount of fun putting it together :). And a huge amount
of time when I rewrote the slrn web site all those years ago...
Are there many of the old time slrn users left here? And if so
what are your future plans on Usenet and NSR?
Hi Andrew,
I think we've bumped into each other from time to time over the
years. In case I've never said so, I also appreciate your
thoughful contributions to the community. Thank you!
I started on Usenet in the early 90s via a shell account on a
VMS/DEC system that soon after morphed to a unix platform. I
think I started using slrn soon after, so it's probably been close
to 30 years.
I'm sure you're aware of other Usenet options, but I keep access
via various shell accounts. Panix has one for a fair price, and
the newsfeed is included. Nyx has a free option, and I think
they're still alive and kicking.
