is over-fond of saying. (Where , in this case, t' = time in Oslo and t
is
the time in Paris.

I just explained to you the synchronization used by GPS. Abstract synchronization, but interesting to be able to use a universal present time plan (which does not exist in nature).
It's a shame, you're not making any effort.
It makes discussions very difficult.
