   And if they ever find a cure for autism (and all related varities)...it
will be the end of Science.

I actually had an idea about autism and a possible cure for that desease.
Most people think, that autism is a desease of the brain, because mind is inside the brain, the mind is somehow malfunctioning, hence the brain is sick.
But that is actually wrong.
Autism is actually caused by dangerous bacteria, which live in the guts.
These bacteria (from the family of clostridia) emit a neurotoxin, which harms the brain. The effect of this intoxication is the desease autism.
Now it is difficult to get rid of these clostridias, because they are extremely resistent to antibiotics.
You would need other means than poinisining them, because 'poison' (antibiotics) is what makes them living in the first place.
They really love antibiotics, because these antibiotics kill competitors, but not them.
Possibly electromagnetic resonance or something like a Rife-machine could kill them, without a possibility for them to survive.
