As a player you don't want a bad PRNG in a game.
I challenge you to download the tomato game from
https://home.hccnet.nl/a.w.m.van.der.horst/games.htmland run it on a windows emulator.
Then tell me if a bad, mediocre or good PRNG was used.
If it is bad, how you plan to exploit a bad PRNG.
(This game is a first person shooter, inspired by the
"throwing pie at Bill Gates" game, but more sophisticated,
e.g. it has more than 20 different targets. )
