Well, Ed and Anton - that's the fun of implementing Forth using a deviant architecture: it will never, ever be a standard system..
 
It's like the Woz said: "There is some freedom in getting away" ;-)

P.S. That doesn't mean I see no value in the standard. After all, there is great value in running standard code on a non-standard system IMHO.

Standard Forth often reminds me of the Bible.  One I've been able to do
without for the vast majority of my life.  The other still has me bound
and tethered :)
