I seldom surf the web for long time now. When I do, I have JS
disabled.
It's not about "surfing the web for long time";
it's about looking for information, when it's
needed.
Using for googling or accessing many sites
browser inferior (in its capabilities) inferior
to Firefox is just PITA. I wrote, that as long
as it was possible to use Lynx - indeed Lynx
was my preference. But today I'm not going
to take kind of "ideological stance" of "using
Lynx for the sake of using Lynx" - no, it became
too cumbersome presently. No time to "fight"
while trying just to get some info.
To sum up: it's EXACTLY about "spending less time
for surfing WWW" - that's why I use almost exclusively
Firefox right now.
