I have a more or less default el9 config. I am a little surprised
that it is trying so many >220 times
The error code is temporary. The message text sounds like a permanent
problem. Contact the remote site's postmaster.
I also don't really get why it is trying again 1s later, don't think
much has changed within a 1s.
