condition will be updated on things like your biomass, water intake,
etc. and you'll start getting interesting adverts for medical
"supplements," "try this one weird trick," and the usual garbage.

Omg, I had not thought of that.  Thank you!  So my question
becomes---can I buy any scale with bioimpedance that gives me the data
without also stealing it from me?
