I think there were blocked because they contain SPAM rathern
than because they are computer-generaged...

I was referring to articles listed after Google Groups shutdown. For a
time, until Abaivia seems to have disappeared, there were 1,000 or more of
these posts to de.* groups that were listed in nocem. I know, I am one of
the generators of nocem.

For the time after GG, they were nearly 100% of nocem listings.
