There are lots of entities offering us handy hints and suggestions. I used to like reading these decades ago, especially the ones involving tools and repairs. I haven't seen any good ones for a long time, and everything now seems to be aimed at the truly subnormal.
I have to believe that these 'suggestions' are somehow profitable to the senders. I find this frightening.
