They exist, but generally they take two paths to nirvana. Either they are outspoken and are shunned and net-hated by the radical left. There are a few like Luke Smith for instance. Or they work away suffering in silence. I know many of the second type and benefit greatly due to offering an environment in my own company that bans politics (except perhaps a poke or two at the radical left) which gives them peace of mind to perform miracles.
