That's Lawrence standard topic. When he is refuted, he just switches topic, or reframes the question, without addressing the original argument.
It also seems he has never travelled outside the socialist paradise he currently lives in, and has no concept of for-profit, non-profit, volunteer, neighbourshood watches, etc. organizations which work better than the government and are funded without taxes (theft).
