Apart from the some text and test groups, I do not expire articles.
artcutoff is 0. Again, Nobody seems to be able to answer the question
of how do I inject the articles back into the newsfeed.
The easiest tool to work with, in my opinion, is rnews. It is included with
INN. From the manpage:
rnews injects either individual articles or UUCP-style article batches
into a local or remote news server. It submits articles via IHAVE and
is suitable for injecting articles received from other sources; local
postings should generally use inews(1) instead. It is also used to
process spooled messages created by, for example, nnrpd while innd is
not available.
