Unless proton beam therapy prevents this my Right paracaval lymph
node
will soon close off my superior vena cava (all blood flow to the
heart). This lymph node has been growing at a rate of 3.84%
per day for the 68 days between PET scans.
1.0384 ^ 90 = 29.7-fold increase every 90 days. The R2 cancer
treatment that I just started takes 90 days to begin to take effect.

I just figured out what could save me.
I simply have the dangerous Right paracaval lymph node surgically
removed before it gets much bigger and could block off my inferior
vena
cava very much.
Aw man, don't get my hopes up like that. (As if anybody believed your
cancer.)

*My own doctor is clueless on this*
He didn't bother to notice the 8th grade arithmetic.
of volume of a cylender and compound interest.

-Right paracaval lymph node
(fused image 232): 3.5 x 2.3 cm with SUV max 12.0
That is growing at a daily rate of 3.815 percent
will have to be removed long before it cuts off the
blood flow through the inferior vena cava.

-Right paracaval lymph node (fused image 232):
3.5 x 2.3 cm with SUV max 12.0. Previously 1.2 x 1.1 cm
with SUV max 10. (also referenced on page 71 of the PDF)

Volume of a Cylender = π r² h

Right paracaval lymph node 2024-09-13
volume of 1.2(L) x 1.1D = 1.14cc

14.54 / 1.14 = 12.75-fold increase derives a 3.815% per day
for 68 days. computing the same rate for the future cuts off
all blood supply from the inferior vena cava very quickly.

Days from 2024-11-20
(dimensions assume currect 1.5 to 1.0 ratio this may change)
30 days after --- 1.03815 ^ 30 =
3.07-fold increase   5.10 x 3.40 =   46 cc

60 days after --- 1.03815 ^ 60 =
9.45-fold increase   7.35 x 4.90 = 139 cc

90 days after --- 1.03815 ^ 90 =
29.1-fold increase  10.80 x 7.20 bigger than a softball

Without surgery the blood flow though my inferior vena
cava (from the lower half of my body) would be entirely
cut off very soon. *My own doctor did not notice this*

The blood flow through my inferior vena cava is
estimated to drop to 50% in about two weeks.

My friend suggested severe fasting to slow it down.
The life or death question seems to depend on surgery
schedules.

Also sex - besides endorphins and otherwise exercising
the pituitary and other glands, in males the urogenital
tract is a key drain for the lymphatic, that exercise
and sex help with diet and an alkalizing diet and
for legumes, nuts, mushrooms, to complement white meat
and fish, that there's "use it or lose it", and then
also to avoid environmental irritants and pollutants
like microplastics, chemical fragrances or deodorants,
radio waves, solvents, xenohormones, then besides
pumping the feet often to help pump the heart and
rest of the circulatory system, also the lymphatic
system, and to keep glands functional and don't do drugs.
I'd be sympathetic to hear of your troubles,
though I want none of them.
At least there's a theory where it's possible that a
logical theory exists for mathematical foundations with
a strong mathematical platonism and strengthened logicist
positivism, about modern accounts of theory.
I'm not sure how plaque-busters can help with regards
to things like resin bile-sequestrants and making a
natural and water-soluble diet, and exercising the
lymphatic flow and usually digestion and excretion,
and furthermore about metal detoxification and as
well about the blood-brain barrier and lymph and glymph.
Things like activated charcoal can help yet though
also their detoxification effect interferes with some drugs.
I'm not a medical doctor in the usual sense of the word,
yet it's your right to treat yourself however you see fit.
