It CAN be if the question refers to the one being questioned.
The fact that the input has a COPY of the one being questioned, which is something DIFFERENT then the one being question says that this does not hold for the Halting Qustion.
Your Repeating this argument just proves you don't understand anything about this topic, and are just being a robot parrot repeating words you don't understand with no understanding of what the words mean.
