Nope, because HHH is deterministic in behavior, while people are (generally) not. The behavior of HHH was determined as soon as its program was written, and doesn't change, so there is no "before it does it", just before it can know it.
Something that seems to be beyond your understanding, which shows a basic lack of understanding about programs.
