We can choose an eps smaller than ANY GIVEN value.
That doesn't mean we can choose an eps smaller than ALL values.
That you can't tell the difference, just shows you don't understand the properties of unbounded sets, because your logic is too small and blew itself up when misapplied, taking your brain out with it.
