False. NUF(x) can only increase at unit fractions. They cause no larger discontinuity than 1.
Wrong, your function, if swept as you seem to require, jumps from zero to countable infinity and stays there. Why do you call 1 a discontinuity?
Trying to start counting unit fractions from the "other end" is moronic to me. The first unit fraction is 1/1, so WM says, well, lets count from the last unit fraction up to one. LOL! That right there is moronic.
