No, it is not.
If sets are invariable then ℕ \ ℕ is empty.
If |ℕ| concerns only the elements of ℕ, then |ℕ|-|ℕ|= 0.
The number |N|=|Q|=Aleph_0 is the same regardless of the set.Yes it is the expression that the set has infinitely many elements. But it is not specific to any set.
If you define the difference to be zero, it doesn't matter.Of course not. ℵo means infinitely many, not more.
