That is the property of potential infinity. But it does not contradict the boundary 1 % of ℵ₀.

When you actually take the union of ALL that infinite set of FISONs, you will get the full infinite set of N.

It is a valid question and proved by the fact that every FISON multiplied by 100 is less than ℵ₀.
