This is Hachel's (aka Richard Lengrand) habits :
- Don't read and make stupid answers
- Read in a very lazy way (he is utterly lazy in addition to be
   stupid and egomaniac)
- Answer in an even more stupid manner

Einstein:
  "The two clocks synchronise if  tB − tA = t'A − tB."
As you can read at page 6 :

Hachel now pretends that tB − tA = t'A − tB can be true or false
depending on the observer.
Utterly asinine? Yes. Can he do worse? I'd bet yes :-D
