Seems they have their own take of safe AI.
Others might call it censoring. I wonder if
safe AI will ever result in dumbing down people.
Like instead of giving us super powers, it will
make us stupid. Who knows?

  Computer science ultimately relies on the species studying and using it. Money and/or military force is not that much of a factor.
 For same reasons that Chinese always win Physics Olympics, their AI will also progress beyond anything Americans and Europeans develop.
