Arindam Banerjee has applied for a provisional patent from the
Australian Govt. for a fundamental new method of marine propulsion.

As he put it there, the wonder is why it was not invented 6000 years
ago.

Well, he needs to get that going before he applies for a standard
patent
globally, for a superior alternative to rowing. Wow, had Arindam
been
anything else other than what he is, a brown unapologetic Hindu
everyone
including Hindus deeply desire to suppress, he would make trillions!

All going as well as can be, Arindam should have some resources
to fund
his research projects relating to energy and motion - and then
make the
Hydrogen Transmission Network. Htnresearch.com

is there a link or something to the application?

No, not yet. Hopefully Arindam will demonstrate its workings asap. He is
designing the parts in his head now as per his usual custom. When it
works there should be media publicity. Let's see.
Point is, can Chat or some other AI invent a new method
for marine propulsion. Chat can write poetry and knows
everything. But can it chat out anything new?
Not that this is an idle question. The clever relativity
atheist self-declared apes who proliferate the high ivory towers
declare humans are robots made so by pure chance.
So where does the creativity come from? From
what source, what relativity
