I never said that.
When I talk about c, I'm talking about the observable speed of the photon.
I said that it is only an observable transverse value.
I said that this value was invariant by change of intertial reference frame.
I said that this value was c=3.10^8m/s
I said that this value was a decoy due to the nature of the local and singular space-time of the experimenter who was making the measurement.
I said that in fact, it was only a truly instantaneous interaction in the photon reference frame (zero proper time) AND in the receiver reference frame (usually my receiver or the receiver of the equipment used).
I said that this is very logical in the end, because these two (the photon and the receiver) are the reciprocal of the same effect and that the laws of physics being reciprocal, the time taken for the photon to cross
a space for my retina is the same as the time taken for my retina in the frame of reference (if we could give it one) of the photon to reach it.
So I reaffirm the speed of light is finally "relative" by local positional change while it is transversally invariant by change of inertial frame of reference.
It is worth c, if I die it transversally, and this in all frames of reference.
But it is an instantaneous transfer of energy for all receivers in all frames of reference, and in all frames of reference, its escape speed is c/2.
In summary: it is the receiver that tears the photon from its source, instantly when a source is "hot" enough to be able to emit. This phenomenon is instantaneous for any receiver.
In the reference frame (a reference frame is specific to any entity and is not translatable) of the source, something strange happens. The source sees a "photon" snatched from it, that is to say a quantity of energy, without "understanding" why, since for it, if it knows the cause (it has heated up), it does not know which receiver has just snatched its photon or where it is (it is in the future for it).
All this happens as if I put this pencil on this table, and suddenly, without understanding why my pencil disappeared.
I would be absolutely incapable of understanding why,
The reason would be that an intelligence placed centuries in my future managed to go back in time, to grab my pencil instantly (for it) without it being possible for me to know where my pencil went.
It is as simple and as logical as that.
This is also what the experiments of my compatriot, Mr. Alain Aspect (Nobel Prize in Physics) show. He explains that there can be instantaneous transfer of information for paired photons.
Why?
Because the receiver of the first photon, like this photon, perceives the universe in the same instantaneity, at the moment of the tearing off of the first photon. The other photon still conjoined is instantly polarized, and when it is going to be torn off by another receiver, it will be torn off as already polarized.
It's as simple as that.
