You are not going to make me believe that you do not know these things.
You have read a lot about Einstein in relativist forums for decades. So you must know what his beginnings are, where and how they were made, how he was awarded a Nobel Prize and then how he was photographed everywhere in the world press. It was obviously a voluntary creation. It is a shame that we can "doubt" it.
For Greta Thunberg, explain to me how an uneducated kid can make the front pages of the world's newspapers because she likes baby seals and is afraid that the ice cap is melting.
