Interesting paper.  There is the possibility that black holes take an
infinite time to form, as viewed from far away, which is where we are.

impossible. That's a contradiction. A blackhole doesn't permit beeing
there, not being eben alexander. Either are you there, or you are not
there. You can't have them both same time
