 So, the Real reason Why Germany doesn't possess nuclear weapons is
because Albert Einstein
didn't want them to have any.
 Albert Einstein also said: "...either to destroy the German people or
keep them
  suppressed;..."
 Meaning Einstein believed that Germans need to all
be...disarmed/suppresses.
  France possess nuclear weapons
United Kingdom possess nuclear weapons
indai, pakistan and israel possess nuclear weapons,
why not Germany?

I think, that Germans could easily build atomic bombs, if they wanted to.
But these weapons are extremely difficult to use and also insanely expensive.
So: atomic bombs are of almost no practical value and more or less only useful in international 'machismo'.
But if Germans really wanted, they could easily build them, because they were actually invented in Germany (partially by Szillard and Einstein).
