I hadn't previously, but I have now. Any journal that announces itself as a "peer-reviewed open access online journal" is showing two red flags right there. Anyay, the content is what one would expect. Serious journals don't say they're peer reviewed because that's assumed; some respectable journals have open access but "open access" is no guarantee.
