supplement it. In other words, the message body should be
a self-sufficient unit of information, independently of the
subject.
What are you on about? Everybody knows the OP is talking about MesNews.
I understood it too, but not right away. My point is that the
article /subject/ shall not be necessary to understand the /body/.
In other words, the body should be fully understandable in itself,
and the subject should express the essense of the message, but it
should not /add/ new information to it.
