Hydrotherapy and exercise, help encourage lymph movement.
Of course plentiful restful sleep is a needed thing.
Get regular massage and address the chi points,
also under the jaw, help encourage lymph movement.
Might want to quit red meat and avoid sodium and
potassium chloride thoroughly. Similarly sugar,
is to make for an alkalizing diet then for foods
like honey and nuts. (Of course no "processed" foods.)
Some people get allergies to eggs. Also sour and
bitter foods and greens can be good, where of course
there's that broccoli and spinach are pretty great.
Sugar beets are another good source of sugar,
then with regards to good if little dairy,
to help encourage lymph movement.
There's milk thistle and mullein, these are considered
good for anybody. Chlorella, these kinds of things.
Some people are allergic to soy.
