Absolutely.
We have cos α = 12000/15000 = 0.8 ---> α ~ 37°
Ans we have cos α' = 40000/41000 = 0.9756 ---> α' ~ 12.7°
Note :
cos α' = (cosα+v/c)/(1+cosα.v/c) cos α' = (0.8+0.8)/(1+0.8*0.8)=0.9756 All is correct. R.H.
