Aberration of the position of the stars all all objet in the universe (like this horse in this prairy).
Physicists understand and accept (at least I hope so)
the notion of aberration of the position of the stars (although I am not sure that they fully understood its meaning, because I have seen some who made rotations instead of a translation in x).
I explained, a very long time ago, how it should be done,
and although all this is very simple, I saw with astonishment that not only did people not understand, but that in addition, they spat on me.
I recall here, with a small diagram how it works.
Here, two observers cross paths, and start their watch.
