This is a very good riddle!
Well, actually I assumed, that 'big-bang' was actually the 'white side' of a 'black hole'.
So, that 'big-bang singularity ' was something, that is called 'white hole'.
This is possible, because I would regard black holes as vortices, which behave timelike and like the center of what is called 'light cone'.
This is black from 'the other side', because light is black, if seen from behind.
Seen from the other side, light is white and its origin therefore a 'white hole'.
