I will leave to you to figure out why this is nonsense.
Any physics paper that contains 'ontological perspective'
can safely be thrown into the fire,
from the point of view of physics, yes, but not otherwise. The inquirer
aims to observe something which is not possibly observable, as observable
by multiple observers same time, and processed locally by one observer,
which clearly implies another domain, not palpable.
