   Never heard of him. Encyclopaedia Britannica says Alexander "thrashed" him. Then after Alexander's death in Iran (by poison) one of his generals killed your Pourush.

Don't forget that the part of India you are talking about was Iran, not India. Being inside today's India doesn't mean it was India back then.
