yes indeed, this is correct. The speed of light in vacuum is 3e8 m/s, but
the speed of dark is instantaneous. The big physicists forgets this simple
thing.
remember this: the speed of dark is instantaneous in relativity. The 3e8
m/s is there because the speed of dark is a reference, hence
instantaneous.
